@slotty you don't need to make a plugin for that as you can use the notice function for comments on a specific player.

Since GB2 is by far our most constantly visited server for the last 6 years, I don't believe it is a good idea to change the mode that drastically by removing killstreaks. However, there is a possibility to host a new server without the killstreaks.
